FAE
FARWA 172243
(Afari x Tiny Miller) 5/3/78 Bay Mare 14.3 HH Fae's sire is a double Abu Farwa grandson and a champion in many performance categories. Her dam is a producer of champion cutting and working cowhorses. A big strong mare, Fae produces athletic foals with lots of size and good dispositions. All three of Fae's foals by LR Kailai Witez have nice short backs and each inherited his 45 degree shoulder. Fae's foals get her height and substance. A Classic CMK Mare, Fae's pedigree is a Who's Who of Crabbet foundation stock. Fae produces foals which mature at 14.3 HH. We are retaining Fae's 1997 Kailai daughter Scarlet Free, as a future replacement for Fae in our broodmare band. Soon to be 28 years old, Fae is enjoying retirement with our herd of broodmares and geldings roaming their 178 acres of dryland pasture. |

SCARLET
FREE 545384
(LR Kailai Witez x Fae Farwa) 4/27/97 Chestnut filly. After 9 bay foals, Fae Farwa surprised us with this beautiful chestnut daughter. Scarlet Free comes by her color honestly. Her maternal grandsire is Afari, a double grandson of the beautiful chestnut stallion, Abu Farwa. If that weren't enough, the absolutely gorgeous chestnut stallion Pulque is close up in Kaiali's family. The chestnut gene doesn't come out very often in our herd of "bays", but when it does, it is beautiful. Fae and Kailai did cut the white markings so common within this group of colorful chestnuts. Scarlet has only the white facial markings you see in the photo. All four feet are dark. Scarlet is only the second chestnut that Kailai has sired and we couldn't be happier with the result. LR Kailai Witez is our champion cutting horse. Fae Farwa was bred by Miller's Arabians, breeders of cutting and working cowhorses for more than 40 years. There are cutting horses in the first 5 generations of Scarlet's pedigree. Scarlet has the conformation to follow in the family tradition and the potential of becoming a champion cutting horse in her own right. Scarlet is one of the best fillies
Kailai has
sired. Scartlet will be bred to Colorado Cowboy, a young champion
reining stallion, for a 2007 foal. |

ROYAL
ROSEATE 155210
(Rifik x Bint Wyoma Rose) 3/19/77 Chestnut Mare. 14.1 HH Royal Roseate is a beautiful dark chestnut color. "Rose" is a very rare mare. Nine mares and stallions imported from Crabbet Park Arabians appear in the first five generations of Rose's pedigree, most appearing more than once. Four Babson imports also show on the same pedigree. We are privileged to have this treasure in our broodmare band. "Rose" is Selby and Travelers Rest breeding. We call Rose our "little Wyoming range mare". Her sire Rifik, was IACHA Top Ten Novice Cutting Horse in 1963. Rifik was a grandson of the beautiful desert bred stallion, *Mirage. Rose's dam, Bint Wyoma Rose, was linebred to Indraff and also had one close line to *Mirage. Rose's pedigree is a Who's Who of Old American Foundation Breeding. She is linebred to *Mirage and *Rifala, the dam of many very important foundation Arabians. The *Rifala progeny, Rifage, *Raffles, and Ragala, are in Rose's pedigree. Rose is a very refined mare with a sweet disposition. The dam of five live foals, Rose produces size even though she is small. She has one son that is 15.2 HH. We acquired Rose late in her life and she had only two foals for us. At the age of 29, Rose is enjoying retirement while babysitting our 2005 filly out of Rain Dancer Free. |

KAITEE
ROSE FREE 524341
(LR Kailai Witez x Royal Roseate) 6/18/95 Bay Mare 14.1 HH In February 2000, Kaitee Rose Free was sold. Plans for her were a bright future in the show ring, either as a reining horse or as a cutting horse. Kaitee was immediately shipped to Montana and began intensive training. A very good student, Kaitee was soon practicing rollbacks, spins and long sliding stops. Life has a way of suddenly changing the best laid plans. In September, we received a phone call from Kaitee's owner. Due to unexpected circumstances, Kaitee was for sale. "Would we like to take advantage of our option to purchase Kaitee back?" Our answer was, "Of course!". Kaitee was bred specifically for the future of Freeman Arabians breeding program. Kaitee has a solid old fashioned, American Arabians foundation pedigree. *Witez II, *Mirage, *Raffles, and especially the Crabbet mare *Rifala, are close up. Kaitee's dam is Royal Roseate, one of our CMK mares. Rose is linebred to *Rifala. Kaitee also has line to *Rifala through her sire for a total of 10 lines to this beautiful Crabbet mare. Kaitee's sire is our champion cutting horse, LR Kailai Witez. Her maternal grandsire Rifik, was also a champion cutting horse. Rifik was U.S. National Top 10 Arabian Cutting Horse in 1963. Kaitee has returned to Freeman Arabians a very well trained saddle horse. She is a welcome addition to our group of well trained "Kids Horses" and has taken her place in our broodmare band. |
